Creamy Dreamy Eggs

• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon KRAFT Creamy Egg Mayonnaise
• 2 slices bread, toasted
• bacon slices, cooked until crisp Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
• roasted tomatoes, to serve. Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09

1. Whisk together eggs and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Place mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
3. Serve on crusty toast, with crisp bacon and roasted tomatoes.
