Bibb Salad with Radishes and Asparagus
- 2 tsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt
- ground pepper
- 2 head Bibb or Boston lettuce
- 4 radishes
- 4 stalk asparagus
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Add lettuce, radishes, and asparagus.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
