Hash Potato Casserole Recipe
- 1 (32 ounce.) pkg. hash browns, shredded
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. shredded American cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. corn flakes, minced
- Mix potatoes, cheese, lowfat sour cream, onion, soup till nice consistency.
- Put in a casserole dish.
- Spread corn flakes over top.
- Then pour melted butter over the corn flakes.
- Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 45 min.
- NOTE: Good with bacon and Large eggs for breakfast.
