Cider Syrup

  1. Bring cider to a boil and add vanilla bean, split open along the length.
  2. Cook until it has reduced to a quart or less, your choice how thick you make it.
  3. Remove the bean and pack into jar and store in refrigeration.
  4. May be used on french toast, pork roast, acorn squash, etc.
