Cider Syrup
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 vanilla bean
- Bring cider to a boil and add vanilla bean, split open along the length.
- Cook until it has reduced to a quart or less, your choice how thick you make it.
- Remove the bean and pack into jar and store in refrigeration.
- May be used on french toast, pork roast, acorn squash, etc.
