Allegheny Smothered Squirrel Recipe

  1. Dredge meat with seasoned flour; brown in drippings.
  2. Sprinkle on onion and parsley.
  3. Add in cream and cover pan.
  4. Simmer over low heat, or possibly in 300 degree oven, for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
  5. Thicken gravy if you like.
  6. Sprinkle with more paprika.
  7. This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
