Cacio e Pepe Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until the dough is thin and even.
  3. Put it onto a baking tray or stone.
  4. Brush entire dough with olive oil (exact amount will depend on the size of your dough but just make sure its all thinly coated).
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  6. Then, sprinkle it evenly with freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
