Cacio e Pepe Flatbread
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough (store-bought Or Homemade, Medium To Large Size)
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until the dough is thin and even.
- Put it onto a baking tray or stone.
- Brush entire dough with olive oil (exact amount will depend on the size of your dough but just make sure its all thinly coated).
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Then, sprinkle it evenly with freshly ground black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
