Crispy Lavash Squares
- 1 extra-large (or 2 large) pieces lavash bread or light flatbread (recommended: Kim's Light Flatbread)
- HG Hot Couple sauce, recipe follows
- HG Hot Couple: Fat-Free Plain Greek Yogurt + Salsa
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut lavash bread or flatbread into a total of 24 squares, each about 2 inches by 2 inches, and place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake in the oven until crispy, about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Serve with HG Hot Couple sauce.

- In a bowl, stir together the salsa and yogurt until uniform in color.
