French Toast Casserole
- 1 to 10 loaf (10 oz. each) French bread
- 8 lg. eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1-1/3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Cinnamon sugar
- Butter
- Cut bread into 1" slices.
- Grease a 13x9" pan with butter.
- Arrange bread slices in one layer in pan.
- Beat next five ingredients together and pour over bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven 45-50 minutes or until bread is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
