Hot And Sweet Beef Kabobs Recipe

  1. Cut beef into 1 inch cubes and each bell pepper into 16 pcs.
  2. Combine teriyaki baste sauce, onion pwdr, ginger, chili pwdr, and pepper sauce.
  3. Remove 1/3 c. mix and pour over beef and peppers in large bowl, tossing to coat.
  4. Thread beef and peppers alternately on skewers leaving space between pcs.
  5. Cook skewers on grill 5 inches from warm coals 4 min on each side for rare or possibly to desired doneness, brushing with remaining baste mix.
