Turkey-Macaroni Salad

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Slowly whisk in oil.
  4. Toss dressing with pasta-turkey mixture until thoroughly combined.
  5. Cover and chill at least 1/2 hour (but longer is better).
  6. Toss again right before serving.
