Sis's Sweet Potato Balls Recipe

• 1 lg. can sweet potatoes
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. raisins
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 pkg. coconut
• 1 pkg. pecans (minced finely)

1. Drain potatoes and mash well.
2. Add in butter, raisins and sugar.
3. Mix well.
4. Roll out into balls.
5. Roll balls in coconut and pecans.
6. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 20 min at 300 degrees.
