Barbecue Chicken In The Crockpot Recipe
- 4 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
- 30 ounce tomatoes minced
- 2 x onions minced
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper fresh grnd
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce
- *Add in water if it seems to dryCombine all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5to 6 hrs or possibly on high 2 to 3 hrs.
- Watch carefully the last hour to make sure which it is not sticking.
- Shred chicken with forks and mix Mix should be very thick.
- Serve on hamburger buns with mustard.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with homemade cole slaw and baked beans.
