Frog-eye salad

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, egg & pineapple juice in saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened.
  3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, set aside to cool.
  4. Cook pasta, rinse with cold water.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce, cover and chill in fridge about 30 min.
  6. Stir in well drained fruit, marshmallows & cool whip.
  7. Chill 1 hour.
