Creamy Vanilla-Raspberry Pavlova

  1. Heat oven to 200F.
  2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed 5 min.
  3. or until soft peaks form.
  4. Add granulated sugar, 1 Tbsp.
  5. at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread into 10-inch circle on parchment-covered baking sheet, indenting center slightly.
  7. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  10. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  11. Refrigerate 15 min.
  12. Place meringue on plate just before serving; fill center with pudding mixture.
  13. Top with berries; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
