Rich'S Magnolia Room Fruit Salad

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
• 1/3 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
• 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained
• 1 (26 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
• 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 2 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. whipped cream

1. Place cream cheese in a mixer bowl.
2. Add confectioners sugar. Blend in mayonnaise.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Fold in fruit and marshmallows, gently.
5. Fold in whipped cream.
6. Pour into large paper-lined muffin tins; freeze.
7. Before serving, take out of freezer about 10 to 15 minutes, but do not allow to become soft. Remove paper liners before serving.
