Sweet & Savory Chicken Wings Made Using An Electric Griddle
- 15 Chicken wings - the midsection and the tip
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey (or sugar)
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- Heat your griddle to the hottest temperature (250C).
- Salt and pepper the chicken wings and arrange them on the heated hotplate.
- Cook for about 10 minutes (adjust the time according to your electric griddle) and turn over just before they are burned.
- Continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Bring the ingredients marked with a to a boil in a sauce pan and add the fried chicken wings!!
- Cook until the sauce is reduced and the wings are well coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish!
