Round Steak Recipes All Dressed Up

  1. Pound beef with meat mallet.
  2. Sprinkle salt & pepper, onion, garlic and spinach onto meat.
  3. Roll meat and fasten with toothpicks.
  4. Brown meat in olive oil in skillet.
  5. Cover with water cook for two hours or until tender.
  6. Remove steak, set aside.
  7. Add merlot and mushrooms to gravy and reduce to thicken.
  8. Drizzle gravy over beef, serve immediately with brown rice and steamed carrots.
