Barbecued Chicken Egg Rolls

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chicken, cheese and barbecue sauce.
  2. Place about 1/4 cup in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides over filling.
  4. Moisten remaining corner with water; roll up tightly and seal.
  5. In an electric skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 375*.
  6. Fry the egg rolls, two at a time, for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm.
