- 2 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 Japanese mustard
- Grind the toasted sesame seeds in a mortar.
- Put the ground sesame seeds into a dish, add the sauce, and mix together.
- Arrange the tonkatsu on a dish and garnish with mustard.
- Pour the sauce on top.
