Chicken Sandwich Puffs
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
- 2 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, chicken, cheese, garlic salt, pepper, & crushed corn chips in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix butter & water.
- Then, add biscuit mix until it pulls away from bowl & can be handled.
- Take a handful of dough & press down on cookie sheet like a small pizza dough.
- Put a couple of spoonfuls of chicken mixture on dough.
- Then pull sides up over top & pinch closed.
- Should make six with a little filling leftover.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
