Chocolate-Drizzled Cinnamon Pecan Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 300F Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg yolks; beat well, Add flour and cinnamon; beat on low speed until well blended.
  3. Press dough evenly into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle on large ungreased baking sheet (at least 15x21 - inches).
  4. Beat egg white until foamy.
  5. Brush on dough.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts; lightly press into dough.
  7. Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned While still hot cut into 36 bars, 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 -inches each.
  8. Remove from baking sheet.
  9. Cool completely on wire rack.
  10. Melt chocolate chips in separate bowls as directed on package.
  11. Spoon each melted chocolate into a plastic sandwich bag, then cut a small piece from one of the bottom corners of the bag.
  12. Close the bag tightly, then drizzle the chocolates in a pretty pattern over the bars.
  13. Let stand until the chocolate is set, Store in an airtight container.
