Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

  1. Put egg whites, and sugar in a bowl, and put over pot of simmering water.
  2. Whisk until sugar melts.
  3. Remove from heat, use mixer whisk for 5 minutes on medium Increase to med high, and whisk for 6 minutes.
  4. Reduce to medium and add small pieces of butter, mix until smooth.
  5. Add strawberry puree, and stir for 3 minutes.
  6. Frost cupcakes, or cake.
  7. Refridgerate.
