Ginger Ale Ice

  1. In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in ginger ale.
  5. Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
  6. Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.
  7. Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy.
