Ginger Ale Ice
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 ounces ginger ale
- In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in ginger ale.
- Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.
- Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy.
