EASY MAC & CHEESE

• 1 1/2 cup mac, cooked (3 cups after cooking)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cup milk
• 1 salt & pepper to taste
• 2 cup sharp cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

1. in 2 qt microwavable dish melt butter (1 min) add flour, salt & pepper, whisk till smooth, add milk, micro 2:30 minutes, stir, micro 2:30 minutes, stir, micro 2 more minutes, stir til smooth, add cheese micro 1 minute, stir til smooth, add sour cream (optional), add cooked mac & stir.
2. bake (in regular oven) 20-25 minutes @ 350.

after cooking, butter, flour, milk, salt, sharp cheese, sour cream
