Steamed Prawn with Rice Wine. Drunken Prawn.

  1. Use scissors to cut open the prawn shell & use knife to slice open the prawn at the middle.
  2. Remove the residues & rinse the prawn with water.
  3. *Do remove the prawn head.
  4. *Do not soak the prawn with water.
  5. Slice the ginger into thin slices.
  6. Marinate the prawn with all the ingredients & place some ginger on the top.
  7. Marinate for about 15min.
  8. Steamed the prawn with boiling water for about 7min.
  9. At 5min of steaming, whisk the egg until bubbly & pour the egg around the prawn.
  10. Immediately cover up & continue steaming for another 2min.
  11. Place some coriander on the top.
