D. C. Watt Fresh Tuna With Roasted Peppers Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut 2 pcs foil into large heart or possibly triangle shapes.
  3. Place tuna slice in center of foil.
  4. Top with roasted pepper, then add in chili and red onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Dot top of vegetable mix with small pcs of butter.
  6. Fold foil in half over fish.
  7. Overlap edges, holding down creased edges with one index finger, using the other thumb and index finger to healthy pinch and fold.
  8. Tuck under excess and place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 min.
  10. Serves 2.
