Macaroni and Cheese - Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cook pasta, drain and set aside.
  2. Make cheese sauce by melting butter in saucepan.
  3. Add flour and onion, stirring constantly.
  4. Let this thicken, then slowly add milk.
  5. Add cheese, salt and pepper and mustard.
  6. When sauce has thickened add pasta.
  7. Spray casserole and add the mixture.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 20 minutes.
