Potato and Tomato Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Arrange tomatoes alternately with potatoes in concentric circles in 9-inch pie plate, overlapping slices and rows as needed to form even layer.
  3. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheeses.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and Parmesan is lightly browned, uncovering for the last 10 min.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. before unmolding onto plate.
