Make-Ahead Italian Brunch-Toast Casserole

  1. Spread bread into even layer in13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with mozzarella.
  2. Mix cream cheese spread, milk and pesto in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix well.
  4. Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Heat oven to 375F.
  7. Top casserole with tomatoes.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  9. or until center is set.
  10. Top with Parmesan and basil.
