Herbed Vinaigrette
- 12 cup balsamic vinegar
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced
- 14 red bermuda onion, peeled and finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil leaf
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
