Almond Coconut Granola Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl stir together oats, almonds, coconut, pumpkin or possibly sunflower seeds, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan heat butter with honey over low heat, stirring.
  4. Pour butter mix over oat mix and stir till combined well.
  5. In a large jelly roll pan spread granola proportionately and bake in middle of oven, stirring halfway through baking, till golden, about 15 min.
  6. Cold granola in pan on a rack and stir in dry fruits.
  7. Granola may be kept in an airtight container at cold room temperature for 2 weeks.
  8. This recipe yields 6 c..
  9. Yield: 6 c.
