Sugar Cookies
- 2 12 cups sugar
- 1 13 cups shortening
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 6 eggs
- 1 12 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 13 cup baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup shortening
- 12 pint cream
- powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (16 ounce) store-bought cream cheese frosting
- Beat together the sugar and the shortening.
- Add eggs, and beat until combined.
- Add the milk and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth.
- Combine flour salt and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add flour to mixture until it is at a consistency where it can be rolled out.
- Add more flour if needed.
- Roll and cut dough with cookie cutters.
- Bake cookies in a 375 degrees oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Icing:.
- Beat together the shortening, cream, and vanilla.
- Add powdered sugar until it is the right consistency.
- Add the store-bought icing, mix thoroughly.
