Vietnamese Salad with Vinegared Carrots and Daikon
- 150 grams Daikon radish
- 150 grams Carrot
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 Chili (Chili pepper)
- Finely slice the daikon and carrot into 5 cm pieces.
- It's easy if you use a grater.
- Combine the daikon and carrot.
- Sprinkle with salt and rub in well.
- Leave for 10 minutes until they have softened.
- Once softened, squeeze out the water well.
- Combine the ingredients well and add to the vegetables.
- Place into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
