Vietnamese Salad with Vinegared Carrots and Daikon

  1. Finely slice the daikon and carrot into 5 cm pieces.
  2. It's easy if you use a grater.
  3. Combine the daikon and carrot.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and rub in well.
  5. Leave for 10 minutes until they have softened.
  6. Once softened, squeeze out the water well.
  7. Combine the ingredients well and add to the vegetables.
  8. Place into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
