Bento Portion Fluffy Spinach Quiche

• 1 Egg
• 1 as much (to taste) Spinach
• 1 Wiener sausage
• 1 tbsp Milk
• 1 dash Salt and pepper

1. Finely chop the spinach and thinly slice the wiener sausages.
2. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the milk, salt, and pepper, and mix.
3. Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
4. Fill a silicone cup with the mixture from Step 2 and microwave at 600 W for 3-4 minutes.
