Satay Fish Bites

  1. Place the first 8 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Shape tablespoons of mixture into balls or square shapes and roll in flour to coat.
  3. Chill for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine ingredients for dipping sauce ; chill.
  5. Shallow-fry fish bites over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Thread onto skewers or serve as individual bites with dipping sauce.
