Sweet Potato Marshmallow Gratin
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 lb. (1.4 kg) sweet potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg. (400 g) Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Combine butter, sugar and spices in a small bowl.
- Pour over sliced potatoes in large bowl; toss to coat.
- Place mixture in 9-inch baking dish; cover.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven.
- Turn oven to broil.
- Top potatoes evenly with marshmallows and place 6-inches from broiler.
- Broil 1 min.
- or until toasted.
