Easy Ham And Cheese Quiche Recipe
- 9 inch deep dish pie crust, baked
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. diced onions (optional)
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper for flavor
- Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in small amount oil just till onions are soft.
- In large mixing bowl beat together by hand, lowfat milk, mayonnaise, ham and seasonings.
- Add in the cheese and onion-mushroom mix and heated Large eggs and stir to blend.
- Pour into baked pie shell and bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
- Let stand for 10 min before serving.
