Banana Corn Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Line 12 muffins cups with paper baking cups or grease lightly.
  3. In medium bowl, combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. In small bowl, combine banana, milk, oil and egg.
  5. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
  6. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  7. Bake 15 to 18 minute or until golden brown.
  8. remove from pan.
  9. Serve warm.
