Black Bean Soup
- 1 quart black beans, home-canned
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 quart water
- 1 (7/8 ounce) package brown gravy mix
- Combine all ingredients.
- Let simmer for a couple hours so flavors will blend.
- Enjoy with your favorite bread.
