Vanilla Milk

• 1 cup skim milk
• 14-12 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute (bulk or 1 packet)

1. Heat milk in microwave for 1 1/4 minutes.
2. Add vanilla and Splenda, stir well.
3. serve.
