Creamy Orzo with Spinach Salad

• 1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
• 2 cups baby spinach leaves
• 1 container (6.5 oz.) ATHENOS Spreadable Cheese, Tomato Basil with Feta
• 3/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
• 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
• 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1. Cook orzo as directed on package; drain.
2. Place in large bowl.
3. Add spinach; mix lightly.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
