Lemon Pepper Salmon

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Place salmon into prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  5. Place cut butter pieces evenly on top of salmon.
  6. Pour lemon juice over top.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.
