AMIEs PORK Sinigang

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, tomatoes and onions to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add green beans, green pepper and fish sauce to taste.
  4. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes again.
  5. Pour in sinigang mix.
  6. Increase the heat and bring toa boil.
  7. Add the pork.
  8. Simmer for 40 minutes in a low medium heat until the pork is tenderly cooked.
  9. Turn off the heat and add the leafy vegetables.
  10. Cover to cook.
  11. Serve hot!!
