Easy Layered Cabbage Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir cabbage and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 10 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add meat to skillet; cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in rice, soup and water until blended.
  7. Layer 1/3 of the cabbage mixture and half the meat mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  8. Repeat layers; top with remaining cabbage mixture.
  9. Cover.
  10. Bake 1 hour or until heated through.
