Sonoma Burgers
- 3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 3/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 1-1/4 cups fresh basil, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
- 24 each frozen ground beef patties
- 24 each sourdough rolls, split, toasted
- 1-1/2 cups goat cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- Combine steak sauce, tomatoes, basil and pine nuts; set aside.
- Grill burgers until no longer pink in centers (160F).
- Keep warm until ready to serve.
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- goat cheese onto bottom half of roll; cover with burger, 2 Tbsp.
- of the steak sauce mixture and top half of roll.
