Bratwurst with Saucy Peppers & Onions

  1. Place vegetables in shallow dish.
  2. Whisk marinade mix, oil and 1/4 cup beer until blended; pour over vegetables.
  3. Let stand 30 min.
  4. at room temperature to marinate.
  5. Heat grill to medium heat.
  6. Transfer vegetable mixture to skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 min.
  7. or until onions are golden brown.
  8. Cover; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  9. Meanwhile, bring remaining beer to boil in medium saucepan.
  10. Add brats; cook 5 min.
  11. Drain brats; grill 4 to 5 min.
  12. or until done (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  13. Serve brats with vegetables.
