Salted Nut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over ends.
  3. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  4. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.
  5. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Press crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 10 minutes.
  8. Place all topping ingredients except mixed nuts in 2-quart saucepan.
  9. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  10. Stir in nuts until well coated.
  11. Spread mixture over hot, partially baked crust.
  12. Continue baking 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Cool completely.
  14. Lift bars out of pan using foil ends; cut into bars.
