Barbecue Beef and Rice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat and vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 6 min.
- or until meat is done.
- Add barbecue sauce; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
