nori's Chicken Salad

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Season chicken.
  3. Broil 8 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Chop.
  6. Whisk together the Aminos, vinegar, Equal, red pepper and oil.
  7. Toss with chicken and the napa, carrot, onions, almonds, cilantro and nori.
  8. Serve immediately, topped with sesame seeds.
