Seven Layer Salad
- 1 head lettuce, torn up
- 1 small can LeSueur peas, drained
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 small to medium bell pepper, cut up
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 2 small to medium tomatoes, cut up
- mayonnaise
- grated cheese
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
- bacon bits (real)
- Wash and drain all vegetables.
- Begin with lettuce, in bottom of container that can be sealed tightly.
- Layer peas on top of lettuce.
- Rest of vegetables may be layered as desired.
- End with another layer of lettuce.
- Sprinkle lemon juice all over salad. Seal top of salad with mayonnaise to airtight.
- Garnish with cheese and real bacon bits.
- Seal container with lid.
- Refrigerate overnight or 8 hours.
